Guilda Javaheri is Chief Technology Officer for Golden State Foods (GSF), a diverse, $5 billion supplier to more than 125,000 quick service restaurant and retail stores in 40 countries on five continents for more than 100 leading brands from its 50 locations worldwide. She guides GSF’s overall strategy in cognitive technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions.
Guilda founded the Innovation and Digital Solutions center at GSF. She and her teams are responsible for influencing customers’ digital aspirations, while advancing innovation and discovery to promote business agility and create value differentiation in GSF’s customer engagement. Passionate about sharing her experiences, Guilda engages in thought leadership conversations as an Advisory Board member for the Blockchain Center of Excellence at the University of Arkansas.
Prior to joining GSF, Guilda had broad international responsibilities, while based out of Switzerland in the position of Vice President and IT Director for Xylem Inc. She was accountable for defining and implementing effective technology solutions in direct support of worldwide operations and sales companies. She continuously explored opportunities to leverage innovation to advance customer-centric solutions as a competitive advantage.
An avid supporter of the GSF Foundation, Guilda serves on the fundraising committee and collaborates as a thought leader, finding new and exciting ways to help those in need. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Management from London City University in London, and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Guilda currently resides in Orange County, California.
